NON-IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u975e\u79fb\u6c11\u7b7e\u8bc1\u7533\u8bf7\u548c\u8981\u6c42\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

 All 9(a) visa applications<\/strong> shall be lodged through the Philippine Online Visa Application System<\/strong> (OVAS)<\/strong> at https:\/\/www.visa.gov.ph<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u6240\u67099(a)<\/strong>\u7b7e\u8bc1\u7533\u8bf7<\/strong>\u5747\u5e94\u901a\u8fc7\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u5728\u7ebf\u7b7e\u8bc1\u7533\u8bf7\u7cfb\u7edf\uff08<\/strong>OVAS<\/strong>\uff09<\/strong>\u63d0\u4ea4\uff0c\u7533\u8bf7\u7f51\u5740\u4e3ahttps:\/\/www.visa.gov.ph<\/a>\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Those applying for other visa types (e.g., 9e, 9<\/strong>f<\/strong>, 9c, 9g, 47a2) will continue to use the paper application form (F.A. Form No. 2).<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

9(A)<\/strong>\u4e34\u65f6\u8bbf\u5ba2\u7b7e\u8bc1\u2014\u2014\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u56e0\u4e1a\u52a1\u3001\u5a31\u4e50\u3001\u533b\u7597\u3001\u57f9\u8bad\u6216\u51fa\u5e2d\u4f1a\u8bae\u3001\u8bb2\u4e60\u73ed<\/strong>\/<\/strong>\u7814\u8ba8\u4f1a\u6765\u83f2\u7684\u8bbf\u5ba2\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For 9A\u65c5\u6e38\u7b7e\u8bc1 (Temporary Visitors Visa) applicants<\/strong>, please enter information in the OVAS as it appears on your passport. An error in any pertinent personal information will require you to re-submit your visa application via the OVAS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9A\u65c5\u6e38\u7b7e\u8bc1<\/strong>\uff08\u4e34\u65f6\u8bbf\u5ba2\u7b7e\u8bc1\uff09\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba<\/strong>\u8bf7\u4e8e\u5728\u7ebf\u7b7e\u8bc1\u7533\u8bf7\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e2d\u8f93\u5165\u60a8\u62a4\u7167\u4e0a\u663e\u793a\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u4fe1\u606f\u51fa\u73b0\u9519\u8bef\uff0c\u5219\u9700\u901a\u8fc7\u5728\u7ebf\u7b7e\u8bc1\u7533\u8bf7\u7cfb\u7edf\u91cd\u65b0\u63d0\u4ea4\u60a8\u7684\u7b7e\u8bc1\u7533\u8bf7\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A. Pleasure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

   <\/strong>\u65c5\u6e38\u7b7e\u8bc1<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.  Print-out of the duly accomplished online generated visa application form<\/strong> (FA Form No. 2) with 3.3 cm x 4.8 cm photo (in white background) of the applicant in decent attire taken within the last six (6) months. Lodge visa application at https:\/\/www.visa.gov.ph<\/a> ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5728\u7ebf\u751f\u6210\u7684\u7b7e\u8bc1\u7533\u8bf7\u8868<\/strong>\uff08FA Form No. 2\uff09\u6253\u5370\u4ef6\uff0c\u5e76\u9644\u4e0a\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u5728\u516d\uff086\uff09\u4e2a\u6708\u5185\u62cd\u6444\u7684\u8fd1\u7167\uff08\u5927\u5c0f\uff1a3.3 \u5398\u7c73 x 4.8 \u5398\u7c73\u3001\u767d\u5e95\u3001\u8863\u7740\u5f97\u4f53\uff09\uff1b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.  Original<\/strong> and photocopy of passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond the intended period of stay in the Philippines;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u9884\u8ba1\u5728\u83f2\u505c\u7559\u671f\u7ed3\u675f\u540e\uff0c\u6709\u6548\u671f\u4ecd\u4e3a6\u4e2a\u6708\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u62a4\u7167\u539f\u4ef6<\/strong>\u548c\u590d\u5370\u4ef6\uff1b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.  Photocopy of National ID (if applicable)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u8eab\u4efd\u8bc1\u590d\u5370\u4ef6\uff08\u5982\u6709\uff09\uff1b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.  For non-Chinese applicant, submit photocopy of valid Chinese visa;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u975e\u4e2d\u56fd\u7c4d\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u987b\u63d0\u4f9b\u6709\u6548\u7684\u4e2d\u56fd\u7b7e\u8bc1\u590d\u5370\u4ef6\uff1b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.  Original <\/strong>and photocopy of proof of financial capacity (i.e. updated bank statement within the last three (3) months or international credit card with latest credit card bank statement);<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u7ecf\u6d4e\u80fd\u529b\u8bc1\u660e\u7684\u539f\u4ef6<\/strong>\u548c\u590d\u5370\u4ef6\uff08\u5373\uff1a\u5728\u9012\u4ea4\u7533\u8bf7\u5f53\u65e5\u6216\u524d\u4e00\u65e5\u51fa\u5177\u7684\u94f6\u884c\u6d3b\u671f\u5bf9\u8d26\u5355\uff0c\u663e\u793a\u8fc7\u5f80\u4e09\uff083\uff09\u4e2a\u6708\u7684\u6d41\u6c34\u8bb0\u5f55\uff1b\u6216\u56fd\u9645\u4fe1\u7528\u5361\u53ca\u5176\u663e\u793a\u8fc7\u5f80\u4e09\u4e2a\u6708\u8bb0\u5f55\u7684\u5bf9\u8d26\u5355\uff09\uff1b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  6.  I employed, submit al the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

     \u7528\u516c\u53f8\u62ac\u5934\u7eb8\u6253\u5370\uff0c\u7531\u76f8\u5173\u8d1f\u8d23\u4eba\u7b7e\u5b57\u5e76\u52a0\u76d6\u516c\u53f8\u516c\u7ae0\u7684\u5728\u804c\u8bc1\u660e\u539f\u4ef6\uff1b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

iii. Photocopy of Foreigner\u2019s Work Permit or Residence\u2019s Permit with \u201c\u5de5\u4f5c\u201d as the purpose for residence;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5916\u56fd\u4eba\u5de5\u4f5c\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1\uff0c\u6216\u5c45\u7559\u4e8b\u7531\u4e3a\u201c\u5de5\u4f5c\u201d\u7684\u5c45\u7559\u8bb8\u53ef\u7684\u590d\u5370\u4ef6\uff1b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B.  <\/strong>For students<\/strong> (not minor applicant), submit the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

   \u5982\u5728\u8bfb<\/strong>\uff08\u975e\u672a\u6210\u5e74\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\uff09\uff0c\u8bf7\u63d0\u4f9b\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6587\u4ef6\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n

i. Photocopy of school\/university ID;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

   \u5b66\u751f\u8bc1\u590d\u5370\u4ef6\uff1b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ii. Original Certificate of Enrolment in the school\u2019s or university\u2019s letterhead with school\u2019s or university\u2019s seal signed by a competent authority;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

   \u7528\u5b66\u6821\u62ac\u5934\u7eb8\u6253\u5370\uff0c\u52a0\u76d6\u5b66\u6821\u516c\u7ae0\uff0c\u5e76\u7ecf\u76f8\u5173\u8d1f\u8d23\u4eba\u7b7e\u5b57\u7684\u300a\u5165\u5b66\u8bc1\u660e\u300b\u539f\u4ef6\uff1b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C.  <\/strong>For minor applicants<\/strong> (14 years old and below), the following documents should be submitted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u672a\u6210\u5e74\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba<\/strong>\uff0814\u5c81\u6216\u4ee5\u4e0b\uff09\uff0c\u8bf7\u63d0\u4f9b\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6587\u4ef6\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n

i. Photocopy of birth certificate or household registration. For those who has changed name\/s, household registration or other proof of changed name must be submitted. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u51fa\u751f\u8bc1\u6216\u6237\u53e3\u672c\u590d\u5370\u4ef6\u3002\u5982\u66fe\u66f4\u540d\uff0c\u987b\u63d0\u4ea4\u6237\u53e3\u672c\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u66f4\u540d\u8bc1\u660e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ii. Photocopy of the passport of the traveling companion. For Chinese nationals, copy of travelling companion\u2019s national ID.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u540c\u884c\u4eba\u7684\u62a4\u7167\u590d\u5370\u4ef6\u3002\u4e2d\u56fd\u7c4d\u4eba\u58eb\u8bf7\u63d0\u4f9b\u540c\u884c\u4eba\u7684\u8eab\u4efd\u8bc1\u590d\u5370\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

iii. If not traveling with either parent, notarized Affidavit of Consent to Travel and Request for the Issuance of the Waiver of Exclusion Grounds (WEG) signed by parent\/s, and ID\/s of parent\/s are required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u82e5\u7236\u6bcd\u4e0d\u540c\u884c\uff0c\u9700\u63d0\u4f9b\u7531\u7236\u6bcd\u5355\u65b9\u6216\u53cc\u65b9\u516c\u8bc1\u8fc7\u7684\u300a\u540c\u610f\u51fa\u884c\u53ca\u7533\u8bf7\u62d2\u7edd\u5165\u5883\u8c41\u514d\u58f0\u660e\u4e66\uff08WEG\uff09\u300b\u4ee5\u53ca\u7236\u6bcd\u53cc\u65b9\u7684\u8eab\u4efd\u8bc1\u590d\u5370\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NOTE:<\/strong> Children under the age of fifteen (15) who are traveling without their parents are required to apply for a Waiver of Exclusion Ground (WEG) with the Philippine Bureau of Immigration upon arrival at the port of entry, and submit the following documents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u8bf7\u6ce8\u610f\uff1a<\/strong>\u7236\u6bcd\u4e0d\u966a\u540c\u51fa\u884c\u7684\u5341\u4e94\uff0815\uff09\u5c81\u4ee5\u4e0b\u513f\u7ae5\uff0c\u5fc5\u987b\u5728\u5165\u5883\u65f6\u5411\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u79fb\u6c11\u5c40\u9012\u4ea4\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6587\u4ef6\u7528\u4ee5\u7533\u8bf7\u300a\u62d2\u7edd\u5165\u5883\u8c41\u514d\u8bc1\u660e\u300b\uff08\u7b80\u79f0WEG\uff09\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Notarized Affidavit of Consent to Travel and Request for the Issuance of the Waiver of Exclusion Grounds (WEG) by either parent, naming therein the person who will be accompanying the child to the Philippines and with whom the child will stay while in the country;  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    \u7236\u6bcd\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u65b9\u51fa\u5177\u7684\uff0c\u7ecf\u8fc7\u516c\u8bc1\u7684\u300a\u540c\u610f\u51fa\u884c\u53ca\u7533\u8bf7\u62d2\u7edd\u5165\u5883\u8c41\u514d\u58f0\u660e\u4e66\uff08WEG\uff09\u300b\uff0c\u8bf4\u660e\u8be5\u513f\u7ae5\u8d74\u83f2\u53ca\u5728\u83f2\u505c\u7559\u671f\u95f4\u7684\u966a\u540c\u4eba\u5458\u8eab\u4efd\uff1b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          ii.  Photocopy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u513f\u7ae5\u7684\u51fa\u751f\u8bc1\u590d\u5370\u4ef6<\/strong>\uff08\u8bf7\u643a\u5e26\u539f\u4ef6\u4ee5\u5907\u67e5\u9a8c\uff09\uff1b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          iii.  Clear photocopy of the data page of the child’s passport;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u513f\u7ae5\u7684\u62a4\u7167\u4fe1\u606f\u9875\u6e05\u6670\u7684\u590d\u5370\u4ef6\uff1b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          iv.  Clear photocopy of the data page of the passport of the accompanying adult or guardian; and,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u966a\u540c\u8be5\u513f\u7ae5\u8d74\u83f2\u4e4b\u6210\u5e74\u4eba\/\u76d1\u62a4\u4eba\u7684\u62a4\u7167\u4fe1\u606f\u9875\u6e05\u6670\u7684\u590d\u5370\u4ef6\uff1b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

         v.  Payment of immigration fee (about Php3,120 per child).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u5165\u5883\u8d39\u7528\uff1a\u6bcf\u540d\u513f\u7ae5\u7ea63120\u6bd4\u7d22\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    7.  Confirmed return airline tickets to country of origin or next country of destination;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u5df2\u786e\u8ba4\u7684\u79bb\u83f2\u673a\u7968\uff08\u8fd4\u56de\u59cb\u53d1\u56fd\u7684\u673a\u7968\uff0c\u6216\u524d\u5f80\u4e0b\u4e00\u76ee\u7684\u56fd\u7684\u673a\u7968\uff09\uff1b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    8.  Hotel reservations, if any;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u9152\u5e97\u9884\u8ba2\u4fe1\u606f\uff08\u5982\u6709\uff09\uff1b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    9.  Personal appearance. Personal appearance for minor applicants is waived, however only both or either of the parents may submit the visa application for the minor. If one of the parents is a Filipino national, please contact the Consulate General for advice; and,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u672c\u4eba\u5728\u573a\u3002\u672a\u6210\u5e74\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u65e0\u987b\u5728\u573a\uff0c\u4f46\u53ea\u6709\u7236\u6bcd\u53cc\u65b9\u6216\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u65b9\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e3a\u672a\u6210\u5e74\u4eba\u63d0\u4ea4\u7b7e\u8bc1\u7533\u8bf7\u3002\u5982\u7236\u6bcd\u4e00\u65b9\u4e3a\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u7c4d\u516c\u6c11\uff0c\u8bf7\u8054\u7cfb\u6211\u9986\u54a8\u8be2\uff1b\u548c,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    10.  Interview and such other requirements as may be prescribed by the visa officer. \u9012\u4ea4\u8d44\u6599\u65f6\u9700\u4e2a\u4eba\u9762\u8bd5\uff0c\u5ba1\u6838\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7b7e\u8bc1\u5b98\u53ef\u80fd\u63d0\u51fa\u5176\u4ed6\u8981\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    NOTES:<\/strong> Some cases may require prior approval from the Department of Foreign Affairs, Manila for the issuance of a visa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u8bf7\u6ce8\u610f<\/strong>\uff1a\u67d0\u4e9b\u7533\u8bf7\u9700\u5f97\u5230\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u5916\u4ea4\u90e8\u7684\u6279\u51c6\u65b9\u53ef\u53d7\u7406\u7b7e\u53d1\u7b7e\u8bc1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Chinese nationals must have copies of their passport data page and latest visa when entering the country. Lost visa must be declared accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u4e2d\u56fd\u7c4d\u4eba\u58eb\u5165\u5883\u65f6\u5fc5\u987b\u6301\u6709\u62a4\u7167\u4fe1\u606f\u9875\u53ca\u7b7e\u8bc1\u7684\u590d\u5370\u4ef6\u3002\u5df2\u9057\u5931\u7684\u7b7e\u8bc1\u4e5f\u987b\u76f8\u5e94\u8fdb\u884c\u7533\u62a5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n
