\u5728\u65b0\u7684PEZA\u7b7e\u8bc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u5916\u56fd\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u548c\u5de5\u4eba\u73b0\u5728\u5fc5\u987b\u83b7\u5f97PEZA\u7b7e\u8bc1\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f47(a)(2)\u7b7e\u8bc1\u3002PEZA\u7533\u8bf7\u572810\u4e2a\u5de5\u4f5c\u65e5\u5185\u5904\u7406(\u4ece\u4e4b\u524d\u76841\u4e2a\u6708\u5f00\u59cb)\uff0c\u7b7e\u8bc1\u6709\u6548\u671f\u6700\u957f\u4e3a\u4e24\u5e74\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u9009\u62e9\u7eed\u7b7e\u4e00\u6b21\uff0c\u6709\u6548\u671f\u6700\u957f\u4e3a\u56db\u5e74\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5e0c\u671b\u4ece\u8fc7\u671f\u768447(a)(2)\u7b7e\u8bc1\u8f6c\u6362\u4e3aPEZA\u7b7e\u8bc1\u7684\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u5e94\u77e5\u9053\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u5c06\u88ab\u89c6\u4e3a\u65b0\u7684PEZA\u7b7e\u8bc1\u7533\u8bf7\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PEZA\u662f19\u4e2a\u6295\u8d44\u4fc3\u8fdb\u673a\u6784(IPA)\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u5176\u4efb\u52a1\u662f\u5e2e\u52a9\u5916\u56fd\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u5728\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u6295\u8d44\u3002\u6bcf\u4e2aIPA\u90fd\u63d0\u4f9b\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u8d22\u653f\u548c\u975e\u8d22\u653f\u6fc0\u52b1\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6240\u5f97\u7a0e\u5047\u671f\u3001\u589e\u503c\u7a0e\u51cf\u514d\u548c\u5bf9\u5916\u56fd\u5de5\u4eba\u7684\u7279\u6b8a\u7b7e\u8bc1\u4f18\u60e0\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u4e00\u65e6\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\u88ab\u6838\u5b9e\uff0cPEZA\u6ce8\u518c\u4f01\u4e1a\u5c06\u4ee3\u8868\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u5411PEZA\u56ed\u533a\u7ba1\u7406\u5458\u6216\u4f01\u4e1a\u6240\u5728\u751f\u6001\u533a\u7684\u7ba1\u7406\u8005\u7533\u8bf7PEZA\u7b7e\u8bc1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

47(a)(2) Special Non-Immigrant Visa Application in the Philippines<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Foreign nationals seeking to work for PEZA or BOI-registered companies in the Philippines must obtain a 47(a)(2) visa, also known as a Special Non-Immigrant Visa, to legally engage in gainful employment in the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under Section 47a2 of the Philippine Immigration Act of 1940<\/a>, a Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) visa is usually granted to foreign employees working for Regional Headquarters, Regional Operating Headquarters, or employees of PEZA and BOI-registered companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 47a2 visa is company-specific and requires an employer\u2019s sponsorship. Numerous industries require this permit for their foreign employees, such as oil research, infrastructure, power generation, and all establishments registered with PEZA and the Board of Investments (BOI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

General Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Applying for a PEZA visa requires various documentary requirements from the foreign employee and their employer. Completing the following documentary prerequisites to proceed with the application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  3. Notarized Company\u2019s letter-request addressed to the PEZA Director General signed by the establishment\u2019s President or Chief Executive Officer (CEO)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Photocopy of PEZA Certificate of Registration<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Photocopy of the bio page of the applicant\u2019s passport (validity of not less than six months from time of application)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Notarized Certificate of Employment indicating the employment period<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Notarized certification of the number of foreign nationals employed vis-\u00e0-vis Filipino employees and the current percentage of employed foreign nationals in the whole workforce must be signed by the President or CEO<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Certified True Copy of the foreign national\u2019s Alien Employment Permit (AEP)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Comprehensive curriculum vitae (CV) signed by the applicant<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Understudy with Undertaking for technical and supervisory positions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. The organizational chart of the entity<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. Applications submitted through consultants, travel agencies, and law firms must pass the following documents:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    a. Authorization letter signed by the President or an authorized official of the enterprise<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    b. Authorization letter of the designated firm and other representatives to its respective processor<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    c. photocopy of the processor\u2019s photo ID<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    PEZA Zone Administrator or Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. PEZA Zone Administrator or Manager Endorsement to the Director-General<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Copy of PEZA Official Receipt of the Processing Fee duly certified as a true copy by the PEZA Cashier, indicating the name of the foreign national and their qualified dependents, if applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      How to Acquire a PEZA Visa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      After completing the documentary requirements needed to apply for a PEZA visa, foreign nationals must do the following procedures in order for the government agencies to verify and approve your petition:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      1. Complete the documentary prerequisites from different government agencies<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Once the documents have been verified, the employer will apply for the PEZA visa on behalf of the applicant to the PEZA zone administrator.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. After receiving the application, PEZA will decide whether to approve or deny the application within five working days.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Generally, the processing time for applying for a PEZA visa is ten days. Once obtained, the visa is valid for up to two years, and you may renew to extend it for another two years. Keep in mind that the maximum validity period of a PEZA visa is up to four years only or one renewal after the expiration of the initial visa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \u6839\u636e 1940 \u5e74\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u79fb\u6c11\u6cd5\u7b2c 47a2 \u6761\uff0c\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u7ecf\u6d4e\u533a\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40 (PEZA) \u7b7e\u8bc1\u901a\u5e38\u6388\u4e88\u5728\u5730\u533a\u603b\u90e8\u3001\u5730\u533a\u8fd0\u8425\u603b\u90e8\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u5916\u56fd\u96c7\u5458\uff0c\u6216 PEZA \u548c BOI \u6ce8\u518c\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u96c7\u5458\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        47a2 \u7b7e\u8bc1\u662f\u9488\u5bf9\u516c\u53f8\u7684\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u96c7\u4e3b\u7684\u8d5e\u52a9\u3002\u8bb8\u591a\u884c\u4e1a\u90fd\u8981\u6c42\u5176\u5916\u56fd\u96c7\u5458\u83b7\u5f97\u6b64\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u77f3\u6cb9\u7814\u7a76\u3001\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u3001\u53d1\u7535\u4ee5\u53ca\u5728 PEZA \u548c\u6295\u8d44\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a (BOI) \u6ce8\u518c\u7684\u6240\u6709\u673a\u6784\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \u7531 PEZA \u51fa\u7eb3\u5458\u6b63\u5f0f\u8ba4\u8bc1\u4e3a\u771f\u5b9e\u526f\u672c\u7684 PEZA \u5904\u7406\u8d39\u6b63\u5f0f\u6536\u636e\u526f\u672c\uff0c\u6ce8\u660e\u5916\u56fd\u4eba\u53ca\u5176\u5408\u683c\u5bb6\u5c5e\u7684\u59d3\u540d\uff08\u5982\u9002\u7528\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \u5982\u4f55\u83b7\u5f97 PEZA \u7b7e\u8bc1<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \u5728\u5b8c\u6210\u7533\u8bf7 PEZA \u7b7e\u8bc1\u6240\u9700\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\u8981\u6c42\u540e\uff0c\u5916\u56fd\u4eba\u5fc5\u987b\u6267\u884c\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u653f\u5e9c\u673a\u6784\u9a8c\u8bc1\u548c\u6279\u51c6\u60a8\u7684\u7533\u8bf7\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \u5b8c\u6210\u6765\u81ea\u4e0d\u540c\u653f\u5e9c\u673a\u6784\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\u5148\u51b3\u6761\u4ef6<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \u6587\u4ef6\u6838\u5b9e\u540e\uff0c\u96c7\u4e3b\u5c06\u4ee3\u8868\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u5411 PEZA \u533a\u57df\u7ba1\u7406\u5458\u7533\u8bf7 PEZA \u7b7e\u8bc1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        PEZA \u6536\u5230\u7533\u8bf7\u540e\uff0c\u5c06\u5728\u4e94\u4e2a\u5de5\u4f5c\u65e5\u5185\u51b3\u5b9a\u6279\u51c6\u6216\u62d2\u7edd\u7533\u8bf7\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \u4e00\u822c\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u7533\u8bf7PEZA\u7b7e\u8bc1\u7684\u5904\u7406\u65f6\u95f4\u662f\u5341\u5929\u3002\u4e00\u65e6\u83b7\u5f97\uff0c\u7b7e\u8bc1\u6709\u6548\u671f\u6700\u957f\u4e3a\u4e24\u5e74\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u7eed\u7b7e\uff0c\u518d\u5ef6\u957f\u4e24\u5e74\u3002\u8bf7\u8bb0\u4f4f\uff0cPEZA \u7b7e\u8bc1\u7684\u6700\u957f\u6709\u6548\u671f\u4e3a\u56db\u5e74\uff0c\u6216\u5728\u521d\u59cb\u7b7e\u8bc1\u5230\u671f\u540e\u7eed\u7b7e\u4e00\u6b21\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n
